Get the link
Ask ChatGPT "what is the link?" or open your dashboard. It looks like forms.badabingapp.cc/yourname/quote. Want your company name in it? Say "call my workspace acme" and every link updates.
Send it
Email it, text it, add it to your email signature or a "Get a quote" button on your website. Customers open it like any web page; they do not need an account.
Or send a private invite
For one customer: "Send a private link to jane@example.com for the kitchen quote." She gets an email with her own link. You can take it back any time: "Cancel Jane's invite."
Read the replies
Every reply is in your dashboard at forms.badabingapp.cc/admin with the customer's answers, every calculation, and their email. You also get an email per reply.
Export
In the dashboard, download all replies as Excel or CSV. Or ask ChatGPT: "Export the replies from the roofing form."
The words to say
Copy this into ChatGPT (with CalcForms added) and fill in the brackets.
"Give me the link to the [form name] form. Then send a private invite to [email] for it."
What you will see
A link you can paste anywhere; an email to the customer when they submit (their copy) and one to you (with the math); a dashboard list of replies; an export button.
Common mistakes
- Sending a draft. Make sure you said "publish" first; drafts are not public.
- Pausing a form to "hide" it. Pausing stops new replies and shows a "paused" page at the link. Use it when you mean it.
- Losing half-finished replies. Customers can click "save and come back later" and get an email link, so nudge them to use it for long forms.
