Why a calculator form

The form does the math. You get the answer.

When a customer submits, you don't get raw inputs to plug into your spreadsheet. You get the calculated result — subtotal, tax, total, payback, monthly payment, whatever your formulas compute — already done. Stop running the spreadsheet on every lead.

You decide what they see

By default, every calculated field stays internal — only you see it. Optionally, mark specific calc fields as public so the customer sees them as they fill the form out.

Show them the total, monthly payment, or payback. Keep your margin, cost basis, and broker commission private. One toggle per field.

Does it work in Claude or ChatGPT?

What kinds of spreadsheets work?
Excel and Google Sheets. We handle the formulas you actually use: IF, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, PMT, lookup tables, nested logic, percentages, date math. Paste the file into Claude and ask CalcForms to build it.
Where do submissions go?
Into your CalcForms dashboard at /admin. Every input, every calculated output, every submitter. Export to CSV or Excel anytime. Webhook delivery is on the roadmap.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes — Pro is month-to-month. Cancel any time from your dashboard and you simply stop being billed the next month. You only ever pay for the current month.
