These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CalcForms, available at https://forms.badabingapp.cc, a product operated by Badabing! (founded by Yehoshua Klein) ("CalcForms", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the service.

By accessing or using CalcForms, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. If you are using CalcForms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
CalcForms lets a form owner turn a spreadsheet or a plain-language description into an interactive web "calculator form." Forms can be built by chatting with Claude or ChatGPT through an MCP connector, or on the web at /start. Once built, you can share a link to your form and collect pre-calculated submissions in a dashboard.
You are responsible for your account and for the forms you create. This includes:
CalcForms is free to build yourself (do-it-yourself), supporting up to 100 submissions. We also offer an optional $20/month Pro subscription for unlimited forms and submissions, and an optional one-time $499 "done-for-you" build, booked as a call at https://calendar.app.google/m4vpyGDP4FP9qEpt8. The Pro subscription is billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime; the one-time done-for-you fee is charged once for the agreed build and does not recur.
You agree not to use CalcForms to build or operate forms for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes. Specifically, you will not:
As the form owner, you are responsible for your forms' legal compliance and for how you handle your own customers' data, including obtaining any consent required by applicable law.
CalcForms uses AI to generate a form from your description. Forms generated by AI are provided as-is. You should review and test any AI-generated form, including its fields and calculations, before making it live. You are responsible for the final form you choose to publish.
As between you and us, you retain ownership of the forms you create and the submission data you collect. CalcForms and Badabing! own the platform and the underlying software, including all related intellectual property.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any calculations produced by a form. You must verify that your form's logic and calculations are correct before relying on them or sharing them with others.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CalcForms and Badabing! will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CalcForms and Badabing!, and their representatives, from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to your forms, your use of the service, your handling of your customers' data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that is illegal, harmful, or deceptive. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
