CalcForms is a product of Badabing!, founded by Yehoshua Klein. The Privacy Policy and the Terms name the same company, and Security says where data lives and how it is protected.
CalcForms is an official app in ChatGPT: add it from the ChatGPT plugin directory. It works in Claude too; the setup page has the steps. The calculator pages show what a finished form looks like for each industry, and the pricing page lists what is free and what is Pro.
