Can I use my own activity multipliers and macro split?
Yes. Tell Claude your exact factors, like 1.55 for moderate and 1.2g protein per pound at 30% fat. It writes the formulas. If your method changes later, you adjust the form by chatting and the URL stays the same.
Does the client see their result, or just me?
They see calories and macros live, which is what turns a curious visitor into a booked call. You keep any internal coaching notes private. You choose per field what shows.
Can I gate the macros behind an email?
Yes. Make email required so the full split only appears after they submit. Every pre-calculated lead lands in your dashboard so you can follow up while they are still motivated.
Does it handle metric units?
Yes. Add a kg and cm toggle as an input, or build a separate metric version. Claude handles the conversions inside the formula.
